1. Your character may have some sort of genetic mutation that gives them a sort of power as long as the power is approved and your character is/was one of the "healthy" patients of the dark side in Fort Underwood.
2. There are not many characters who are immune to the plague. Most of those who have contracted the plague and are still alive are only alive because of some weird mix of drugs and a strong immune system. Please do not make your character immune unless you've talked to an admin.
3. PLEASE make sure your characters aren't overpowered. I know, it's a scifi/dystopian RP and there's crazy science crap going on, so it's possible your character may have some special trait. But PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make sure that this trait is approved by an admin.
4. All soldiers of the base are issued a gun, bayonet, and knife.
5. Large weapons which are not automatically issued to a person of your status must be approved by an admin. However you can have small weapons like knives or something without having to ask. Sorry, I just want to make sure not everyone is randomly running around as "I'm a young child who lived on a farm but NOW I HAVE A ROCKET LAUNCHER YEAH".
6. You may have up to three characters on one account, and you may create multiple accounts. However, these characters can NOT all have special traits/ be immune/ be super good vigilantes fighting the base with OP weapons. You need to have some more "normal" characters. This could be a plain, evilish soldier, or someone living in the base who aspires to be a scientist but doesn't know the base's secrets, just something like that.
7. You should have a face claim for your character. If you can't come up with something, that's cool, but maybe ask an admin to help?
